Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken and will He not make it good and fulfill it?
He doesn’t sin. We do.
He doesn’t make mistakes. We do.
He doesn’t push us in the deceptive pool of beauty. We jump in.
He doesn’t seek to satisfy our egos or arrogance. We do.
He doesn’t lead us to use our minds to manipulate ourselves or others for personal gain. We go on our own way and choose our own path that leads to misery.
He doesn’t lie. We do
He doesn’t love conditionally. We do.
He speaks living for him. We speak of living it up! Not realizing that everything that goes up eventually comes down—and a lot faster than it went up!
He spoke suffering for a reason. We have self-inflicted wounds and use that as a reason to do whatever we feel we want at any given time.
He spoke, being persecuted for Christ's sake. We persecute others, knowing we need mercy ourselves.
He spoke faith, hope, and love.
We speak about faith and don’t walk it out. We sit and think things just magically appear.
We hope for the best while behaving at our worst at any given time.
We say I love you from feelings
He says I love you from actions that are factual and obviously true!
He lived, and now, through our helper, the Holy Spirit of God, we can live victoriously through him , for him, and we are blessed through it all.
Don’t just believe. Know him personally. Read about him. Read what he said. Then make living it a reality!
He forever intercedes for us that we may have the chance to live and serve him. It’s a blessed opportunity that I just couldn’t pass up!
He loves me. He cares for me. He feeds me. He keeps me going. He covers me. He’s done and is doing so much for me, I can’t help but to pray for others as well.
I was taught I’m responsible for my own salvation. I had choices. I was given a desire to choose him, so I’m chosen simultaneously as I choose HIM!
Psalm 19:14
May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
If we don’t hold ourselves accountable. We have only ourselves to blame!
